Just Another Day in Paradise: July 2012

We got a kitten!!! It started off with 2...I was walking home from school and hiding behind a big tree were two precious kittens crying the second they saw me they were running over to me so I had to save them and take them home we originally were going to find homes for both of them but after quite a few falling through Chases sister Blake really wanted the girl (the white one) and we couldn't part with the black one who is now deemed Socrates a.k.a Scooter he and copernicus get along pretty well they play with each other share food (they get yelled at for doing that) Copernicus is being a wonderful older brother when scooter is doing something he shouldn't cocus is quick to bite or poke with his nose to get him to stop quite hilarious

Having both was that bad I was too tired they liked to be up all night long I told Chase a kitten is great at making me not want a baby yet...but arn't they just sooo precious with each other!!

Best Buds

So I figured since Copernicus was getting a bath that Socrates needed one as well...I got some nice scratches but he was nice and clean afterwards

Once again I cannot rotate the bloody pictures so this will have to do they sometimes snuggle its so cute to see Socrates go up and start rubbing on Copernicus who usually turns around and bites him so the Cocus gets his tail scratched haha they are so entertaining to watch

Happy 4th of July!!!!!

We had fireworks and hamburgers over at Chases parents house it was a lot of fun getting to hang out and watch the boys be boys Chase was teaching Ross how to light things on fire properly and then jump over it

He is showing us how high it was totally hilarious his humor reminds me of my Sammy Boy so much

You like his look of why am I kissing her yea thats the best I got silly man and yes I did get my hair done it is way more blonde in person but it is starting to grow on me Chase likes it a lot so I guess that is good enough for me

So we had a man dinner one night I made the manliest sandwiches ever with steak, bacon, green bell pepper, onion, horse radish, A1 sauce all smashed into a bread bowl and then squished under all of my winter clothes

I thought they looked prettier than they tasted Chase enjoyed his though I could hardly get my mouth around it to even take a bite I prob won't ever make it again

Now onto my craft!!! Haha my loving wonderful mother sent me $20 which my husband made me spend it on myself I had seen this Crayon art before and thought it looked cool so I looked up what I would need we went to Michaels and got my stuff I got a pack of 5 canvas boards for $10 since I had a half off coupon 2 big packs of crayons and a big W. Came home and made them

You have to glue the crayons on then take your blow dryer and melt them down the board I think it turned out pretty sweet I did the brown grey and blues for our family room since it matches all of the colors with a big white W in the corner.
